MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Gardens Police Department has released a sketch of a man believed to have fatally shot a 30-year-old man outside a Checkers restaurant last week.
The shooting happened about 2:30 a.m. April 15 near Northwest 181st Street and Northwest Second Avenue.

Police said an employee inside the Checkers pressed a panic button upon hearing gunshots.
Mark Constantine, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to detectives, Constantine was visiting a friend at the fast-food restaurant when he was involved in an altercation that led to the shooting.
Police said they are now searching for a light-skinned black man with braids. He is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 pounds.
Police said the gunman fled the scene in a black truck with two other black men.
Friends of Constantine said the victim had three children.
