PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A 29-year-old man was arrested Thursday after he had sexually explicit conversations with an undercover police detective posing as a 15-year-old boy, police said.
Walter Rivera faces charges of online solicitation of a minor and traveling to meet a minor for sex.

According to the Pembroke Pines Police Department, Rivera traveled to a prearranged location to meet with the teen with the intent to engage in sexual acts with him.
Rivera was arrested at that location without incident.
Jail records show he was being held on $4,500 bond.
