According to his arrest report, that mother told investigators her daughter would attend regular parties at Tolliver's homes in Longwood.

Several teens report attending the parties starting in May 2014, where they would drink, smoke pot and drop acid, all of which was provided by Tolliver.

They said Tolliver would drink and take LSD with them but would rarely smoke marijuana.

Tolliver posted his $16,500 bond over the weekend, but he refused to come to the door when approached.

Neighbors said he lived in the home for only two weeks.

Seminole County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Kristen Bentsen said Tolliver's children have been placed with another family member while they investigate.

Tolliver's two homes are located two miles away from Lake Brantley High School.
