MIAMI – Police have identified a man who was shot and killed early Saturday morning at an apartment at 1043 Southwest Sixth Street.
Police said Schiharia Aila Sai Kiran, 22, was outside talking on his cellphone when an unknown gunman approached him and demanded his phone before shooting at him.

Kiran was shot multiple times, according to police. He was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition. He later died from his injuries.
