MIAMI – A man accused of fatally shooting a neighbor after his dog attempted to defecate in his son's yard has been indicted on a charge of first-degree murder.
Omar Rodriguez, 66, was indicted Wednesday by a Miami-Dade County grand jury.
Miami-Dade police said Rodriguez admitted to shooting Jose Rey during a June 21 argument.
