Fire burns near Miami Gardens Drive
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Florida Forest Service officials say about 700 acres have burned in a brush fire in northwest Miami-Dade County.
The fire burned about two miles west of the end of Miami Gardens Drive near the border of Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Sky 10 was above the scene as smoke and flames continued to spread.
It appears officials are allowing the fire to burn itself out.
Crews will return Thursday morning to check on the situation.
