Fire ignites in construction area for new 'Frozen' ride

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – A small fire broke out in the construction area at Epcot's Norway Pavilion on Wednesday afternoon.

Reedy Creek Fire said the fire was extinguished in the back of the pavilion and no injuries or major damage was reported.

Normal operations have resumed.

A news helicopter flew over the park and spotted fire trucks on scene. The entrance appeared to have been blocked to the Norway Pavilion, but was reopened.

The new "Frozen" attraction in the Norway Pavilion is set to open in 2016.
