Man robs Wells Fargo in Hialeah

Robber gets away with undisclosed amount of cash

The FBI released this surveillance photograph of a man who robbed a Wells Fargo branch in Hialeah.

HIALEAH, Fla. – The FBI says a man who robbed a Hialeah bank Tuesday has been identified.

FBI spokesman Jim Marshall said the man entered the Wells Fargo branch on West 68th Street about 12:45 p.m. and demanded money from an employee.

Surveillance images released by the FBI show the robber wearing a red T-shirt.

The man got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported during the robbery.

Around 10 p.m. Tuesday, the FBI said the robber was identified and was being detained.

No charges have been filed at this time, according to the FBI.
