Man robs person making deposit at Lauderdale Lakes Chase Bank

Broward Crime Stoppers offers reward for information leading to arrest

LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – Broward Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a man who robbed someone last month at an ATM in Lauderdale Lakes.

The robbery was reported just before 1 a.m. Aug. 4 outside a Chase Bank branch at 4820 W. Oakland Park Blvd.

Authorities said the man robbed a customer who was making a deposit at gunpoint. They said the robber ran off and possibly got into a black 4-door Pontiac.

The robber is described as a black man in his 20s or 30s, who has a thin build and a shaved head.

Anyone with information about the identity of the robber is asked to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
