Vihaan Pullamsetti, 18 months old, last seen Sunday afternoon
WESTON, Fla. – Authorities are searching for an 18-month-old boy who disappeared from a relative's Weston home Sunday afternoon.
The Broward Sheriff's Office received a call about Vihaan Pullamsetti's disappearance just after 4 p.m.
BSO spokeswoman Keyla Concepcion said the boy's family was in town from Tampa visiting relatives at their home at 417 Lakeview Drive in the Racquet Club.
Deputies searched all apartments at the Racquet Club, including the shrubs between apartment buildings. BSO divers also searched nearby canals.
The boy's mother said she believes Vihaan could have gotten out through the back door.
Detectives are going door to door and searching any car that leaves the immediate area.
Anyone with any information on the toddler's whereabouts is asked to contact law enforcement.
