RC Caribbean, Swap Shop among places shut down by health inspectors

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – State records show a severe rodent issue at RC Caribbean restaurant in Pompano Beach last week.

The inspector noted gnaw marks on a potato.

Roach and rodent issues were discovered at several restaurants at the Swap Shop in Fort Lauderdale, while Japan Care in Sawgrass Mills also had roach issues and was ordered shut.

A Miami Beach pizzaria was ordered shut for the second time this year because of a roach issue.

Below is a list of places and some of their violations. All of the places listed below were allowed to reopen following ordered cleans and re-inspections:
