MIRAMAR, Fla. – Miramar police are searching for two thieves who were captured on surveillance video stealing a pickup truck's tailgate.
The incident was reported about 12:45 a.m. Monday outside a home in the 2900 block of Southwest 174th Avenue.

Police said the thieves stole the tailgate in less than a minute.
According to Miramar police, similar incidents have been reported in the past few days.
Authorities advise car owners to park in garages or invest in anti-theft devices.
