Primary results: Super Tuesday

Clinton, Trump win delegate-rich Ga, Ala., Ark., Mass., Tenn., Va.

MIAMI – Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump solidified their leads on Super Tuesday. 

After the super delegates announced their picks and delegates voted in Iowa, New Hampshire, NevadaSouth Carolina and on Super Tuesday, Clinton and Trump were their parties' front runners.  

During Super Tuesday, delegates voted in 11 states and American Samoa, the seven U.S. islands south of Hawaii. Clinton and Trump won delegate-rich Georgia and most of the other states.

Trump's rival Sen. Ted Cruz moved ahead of Sen. Marco Rubio when he won Texas, the state with the most delegates. The candidates have races pending until June 14.
