MIAMI – While Cuban officials listed their demands, the U.S. was poised to announce more flexibility on travel, banking and trade with Cuba.
President Barack Obama's administration was set to make the announcement a few days before his visit to Cuba, U.S. Congressional sources said according to Reuters Tuesday.
