DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. – Part of A1A was shut down Thursday after a gas line ruptured in the 300 block of North Ocean Drive in Deerfield Beach, authorities said.
Broward Sheriff's Office Department of Fire Rescue spokesman Mike Jachles said the rupture of the 4-inch natural gas line forced authorities to close State Road A1A from Northeast Second Street to Boca Raton.
