Aldo Sacco, 35, also accused of breaking into woman's home

MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. – A hit-and-run suspect who was wearing a T-shirt that read "I'm in love with the co-co" was arrested Thursday in Martin County.

According to deputies, Sacco jumped out of his car and ran away.

Animal Services Officer Michele Thonney saw Sacco flee the scene and described him to deputies.

Sacco made it to the 900 block of Northwest 16th Street, where he broke into the home of a woman whose child was also inside, deputies said.

The woman told deputies that she hit and pushed Sacco until he finally left the home.

After a short manhunt, deputies said K-9s helped find Sacco in a wooded area, where they pulled him out of the brush and took him into custody.

Sacco was taken to a hospital for observation and will be moved to the Martin County Jail, deputies said.

He faces multiple charges, including burglary and leaving the scene of a crash.
