3 men accused of robbing people on Miami Beach early Tuesday

Suspects told victim to undress, walk toward beach, police say

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. ā€“ Three men were arrested early Tuesday after they robbed a man and a woman on Miami Beach, police said.

The robbery was reported shortly before 1:30 a.m. off 10th Street.

According to an arrest report, Adrian Allen, 21, and Frank Bain, 24, approached the victims, who are from Palm Beach County, and began to strike up a casual conversation.

One of the victims said a man, later identified as Bain, pulled out a handgun when he tried to walk away and demanded his property.

In fear for his life, the victim complied, police said.

According to the report, Allen and Bain told the man to undress and walk toward the water, but the victim refused.

The victim said both men then ran south on the beach, at which point he flagged down the first officer he saw.

The suspects were found in a parking garage on Seventh Street and the gun was found in a trash can near the garage, police said.

According to the report, another man, Sebastian Morillo, 22, acted as a lookout during the robbery.

Police said Morillo and Allen confessed to the robbery and both identified Bain as the gunman.

Police said the victim also identified Bain as the gunman.

All three suspects face charges of armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
