Rodent alert at several South Florida restaurants

Rodent droppings, live roaches found at some South Florida restaurants last week

MIAMI – State records show several South Florida restaurants were ordered shut last week because of rodent and roach issues.

Villa Restaurant on State Road 7, just north of Interstate 595 had rodent droppings in the kitchen.

Brazil Original in Pompano Beach and Las Colinas in North Lauderdale also had rodent issues. Both places were  ordered shut.

Below is a list of all the places ordered shut and some of their violations. All of the places listed were allowed to re-open following ordered clean -ups and re-inspections.
