1 of 3 men arrested in Hollywood armed robbery

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Surveillance video captured an armed robbery in the office of an apartment building in Hollywood, authorities said.

The robbery was reported just before 2:30 p.m. April 2 at the Jackson Arms apartments at 2421 Hollywood Blvd.

Police said one suspect, Rickie Floyd, 33, was arrested Wednesday, but detectives are still searching for two other men believed to be involved in the robbery.

Video shows one of the men, who was armed with a handgun and wearing a woman’s dress, demand money from a female employee.

The woman gave the robbers her purse and opened a box for them.

Police said two of the men left in a bright yellow car and the third man, who was acting as a lookout, left in a white four-door Mercedes with a sunroof.
