According to a Broward Sheriff's Office report, Williams and another man, Teron Price, sexually abused three children on multiple occasions before and after they moved to Florida in Oct. 2014.

One of the children, who were in foster care, told her foster mother that they had been abused.

An investigator and therapist each met with the girl and determined that she was qualified to know the difference between a truth and a lie.

The girl said the sexual abuse began when she was five years old.

The girl testified that Price and Williams led the children to take part in sexual activities as well as watching pornographic movies.

A journal provided by the girl detailed the sexual abuse with quotes like, "he had sex with me" and "touched me in my private."

Williams was booked on molestation and child neglect charges.
