Broward woman drove under influence with child in car, cops say

Woman claimed car had been stolen, drugs not hers

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A South Florida woman has been arrested and accused of driving under the influence of drugs with a 2-year-old child inside.

Agostina Frasca, 26, was originally stopped Tuesday night for a traffic violation.

When Frasca opened her vehicle window, the officer smelled marijuana and noticed "loose pieces of marijuana" in the center console of the car.

After Frasca left the vehicle, the officer saw a straw with cocaine residue on the seat.

The report also claims Frasca had a white powdery substance under one of her nostrils and dress.

Despite Frasca saying that there were no narcotics in the car, a search turned up a small bag of marijuana, two bags of cocaine, sections of Xanax and a tablet that was later identified to be oxycodone.

Frasca claimed that none of the narcotics were hers and that she had just picked up the car after it had been stolen.

Frasca later admitted that she had used cocaine the previous night while working as an escort.

The child was reported to be dirty and soiled.

Fresca was arrested and charged with a third degree count of child neglect without great bodily harm and mutliple charges of drug possession.
