The actress who played Jan Brady on "The Brady Bunch" has just sold her Malibu home for $3.9 million.
Eve Plumb bought the home in 1969 as an 11-year-old for $55,300 with help from her parents. The oceanfront property sits at the south end of Escondido Beach and has 850 square feet of space, which includes three bedrooms, 1.75 bathrooms and an exterior deck that wraps around the home.
According to the LA Times, the designers of the Staples Center, Meis Arhitects, plan to redesign the home into a 3,500 square foot 1950s-style cottage.
