In plain English, the Italian Supreme Court has now made it perfectly legal to masturbate in public, as long as there are no minors present.
CNN reports the decision was made in conjunction with the case of a man who was caught masturbating in a city in Sicily back in 2015.
The man was originally sentenced to three months in prison and ordered to pay a fine.
But the court ruled against the punishment due to a new Italian law that decriminalized the act.
However, if caught pleasuring oneself in front of a minor, a defendant could be imprisoned for up to four-and-a-half years.
