INDIANAPOLIS – A man dressed as the late R&B superstar Rick James robbed an Indianapolis bank.
And no, he did not give the teller a note that read "Give it to me, baby."
Indianapolis police say the James wannabe targeted the Indiana Members Credit Union Sept. 19 and demanded money.
USA Today says the faux-James was accompanied by an accomplice dressed as Youngblood Priest from the movie Super Fly.
The bank robbers got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
James, known for his hits "Super Freak" and "Give It to Me Baby," passed away in 2004 at the age of 56.
