Man fires at employee behind counter at northwest Miami-Dade food store

Motive for shooting unknown

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Miami-Dade police are searching for a man who fired at a clerk inside a food store in northwest Miami-Dade County.

The shooting was captured on surveillance video at 10:15 a.m. Sept. 13 at Keisha Market at 2499 NW 62nd St.

Police said the gunman fired multiple shots at the victim, who ducked behind the counter.

The gunman, who had long dreads and a thin build, ran away, police said.

The victim was not injured.

A motive for the shooting is unknown.
