Man wearing beanie, sunglasses robs Bank of America branch in Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The FBI is searching for a man who robbed a Bank of America branch Monday in Fort Lauderdale.

The robbery was reported just before 1:15 p.m. at the Bank of America at 3600 N. Federal Highway.

FBI spokesman Jim Marshall said the robber, who was wearing a black shirt, black beanie and sunglasses, approached a teller and demanded money.

An undisclosed amount of money was taken. No injuries were reported.
