EL SEGUNDO, Calif. – A public nuisance who drove around a neighborhood blasting an air horn in the middle of the night was arrested.
KABC reports John. W. Nuggent was taken into custody after El Segundo (Calif.) police heard his air horn around 4 a.m.

Residents of the neighborhood had been complaining for weeks that someone was blasting the air horn at all hours of the night.
When police pulled over Nuggent's Chevrolet Aveo, an air horn was found inside.
Nuggent was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
