DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. – A driver crashed a 2010 BMW 750i early Wednesday into a home in Deerfield Beach, authorities said.
The crash was reported about 2:50 a.m. at 470 NW 39th Court.
Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Joy Oglesby said the driver fled the scene before deputies arrived.
No one was inside the home at the time.
"A lot of people don't know it's a dead end, especially at night, so either they're drunk or it's a stolen car or just don't know any better," neighbor Lori Ann Posey said.
