FBI looking for man in Wells Fargo branch robbery in Sunrise

Robber last seen wearing black shirt, black cap

SUNRISE, Fla. – The FBI has released a photograph from a man wanted in a bank robbery that took place at 4:42 p.m. Thursday at a Wells Fargo bank branch in Sunrise.

The robber walked into the branch located at 2300 North University Drive and demanded money from an employee, according to a media release.

There were customers in the bank at the time of the robbery, the release said. Injuries were not reported.

The robber was last seen wearing a black shirt and a black cap with white writing on it.

 The amount of money taken in the robbery has not been released.
