Wild highway crash captured on helmet cam video

TUMWATER, Wash. – A wild motorcycle crash was caught on the helmet cam of the rider who slammed into the back of a car.

KOMO reports the rider, Seth Diechman, claims he was almost run over by the car he crashed into while on the highway near Seattle.

Diechman says the driver of the car raced past him when he attempted to merge into another lane.

When attempting to catch up to the car, Diechman slammed into the back of the vehicle and landed on the back of the car.

After the accident, the driver of the car continued down the Interstate-5 highway for another quarter mile.

State patrol officers said the car driver was intoxicated and didn't have a license, but also said witnesses claim Diechman was driving erratically.

So far, no one has been cited for the crash.
