MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A 15-year-old boy was arrested this month in connection with two kidnappings and rapes, authorities said.

He was charged as an adult this week with armed sexual battery, armed robbery and armed kidnapping.

Kamai Clerveaux was 14 years old when the crimes were reported.

According to an arrest report, the first incident was reported May 28 in unincorporated Miami-Dade County.

Police said Clerveaux approached the victim as she was entering her vehicle about 6 a.m. to go to work, put a gun to her neck and ordered her to move to the front passenger seat.

Police said the teen drove the victim to an abandoned home and ordered her to get in the back seat and remove her pants and underwear.

Clerveaux raped the woman and forced her to perform oral sex on him, the report said.

After the rape, Clerveaux drove the victim to another location and told her, "I should kill you. I should kidnap you," police said.

Authorities said the teen stole the victim's driver's license and cellphone and ran away.

The second incident was reported about 10:30 p.m. Dec. 28 in the area of Northwest 145th Street and 10th Avenue.

Police said a 24-year-old woman was getting out of her car in her driveway when Clerveaux approached her from behind and put a gun to her head.

She told detectives that he asked her whether she wanted to live or die.

Police said the teen ordered the woman back into her vehicle and drove her to an unknown location.

He pointed the gun at her and asked her for a second time whether she wanted to live or die, the report said.

Police said Clerveaux ordered the victim to perform oral sex on him as she pleaded for her life.

Police said he then raped her, stole her cellphone and ran off.

Clerveaux was identified by DNA left at the scene, the report said.

He was arrested on Jan. 1, just  five days before his 15th birthday. He was transferred to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Tuesday.

Detectives said Clerveaux denied raping the women.
