It's time to abolish South Florida's Express Lanes

MIAMI – Is it time for state lawmakers to put the brakes on express lanes that continue to frustrate drivers on South Florida highways?

What's worse, law enforcement authorities say express lanes present a danger to officers who are forced to cite drivers on lanes not much wider than a small car.
