About 80 acres scorched in Palm Beach Gardens brush fire

Brush fire closes both directions of I-95

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – About 80 acres of land were burned Sunday by a brush fire that started in Palm Beach Gardens, WPBF reported. 

The fire could be seen near Kyoto Gardens Drive and Military Trail.

Traffic on Interstate 95 was shut down in both directions between the Northlake Boulevard and Donald Ross Road exits. 

No homes or structures were impacted by the fire. 

The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
