Gunshots fired in Miami Beach, no injures reported

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – Gunshots were fired into the air at about 6 a.m. Monday morning in the Sunset Harbour neighborhood of Miami Beach, police said.

A security guard in the 1800 block of Purdy Avenue told Miami Beach police that after a brief argument, a man fired a gun into the air from a moving car.

The other group involved in the argument also fled the scene, the security guard told police.

There were no reported injuries or property damage.
