MIAMI – Two teens were shot Tuesday near Miami Northwestern Senior High School, Miami police said.
The shootings happened in two separate locations.
The first teen, an 18-year-old, was shot in the stomach at about 3:20 p.m. in the 800 block of Northwest Seventh Street, police said.
He is in Jackson Memorial Hospital in stable condition.
The second teen, a 19-year-old, was shot in the arm while walking to a store at about 2:45 p.m. in the 4700 block of Northwest 15th Court, police said.
He was also taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital in stable condition.
Police are not sure if the two shootings are connected.
