ISLAMORADA, Fla. – A Florida Keys man is accused of recording a woman as she used his bathroom to change her clothes.
Adam Roberts, 21, of Islamorada, was arrested Thursday on a felony charge of video voyeurism.

The 21-year-old woman told the Monroe County Sheriff's Office that Roberts, a manager at a Florida City restaurant where she works with several family members, invited her and several of her co-workers to his condominium at Plantation by the Sea in May.
She told deputies that she wanted to change her clothes after spending time by the pool, so Roberts offered to let her use the bathroom in his condo. She said Roberts went into the bathroom before her. While she was changing, she noticed a cup holder with a cellphone in it. When she picked it up, she said she realized it had been recording her.
The woman told deputies that she deleted the video and confronted Roberts, who denied knowing what she was talking about.
As she was packing her belongings to leave, she saw Roberts talking to one of her family members. She told deputies that she later learned Roberts admitted to recording her in the bathroom.
A sheriff's detective assigned to investigate interviewed Roberts, the woman and her relative about the incident.
Sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin said the information gathered during the investigation was enough to obtain a warrant for Roberts' arrest.
Monroe County jail records show that Roberts also faces misdemeanor drug charges.
