HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. – Hallandale Beach police said a 9-year-old girl was found Saturday after an Amber Alert was issued for her.

Police said Brianna Brown was at a church around 2 p.m. Saturday with her grandmother, who has legal custody of her, in Hallandale Beach.

Brianna's biological mother, Daurianne Brown, 32, arrived at the church and began talking with Brianna. Police said several minutes later, Brianna and Daurianne Brown departed from the church and eventually left in a white Toyota Camry.

The grandmother believes Daurianne Brown was upset because she lost custody of Brianna. Police said Daurianne Brown has had bouts with substance abuse.

The Hallandale Beach Police Department said it received information that Brianna and her mother were dropped off at the Tri Rail/Amtrak station at Hollywood Boulevard and I-95.

Saturday night, Hallandale Beach police said Brianna had been found and will be reunited with her grandmother.

Daurianne Brown was arrested Sunday on a charge of interfering with custody of a minor, police said. Her bail has been set for $1,000.
