PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A man wanted in Texas on an outstanding warrant for sexual assault on a child was arrested Tuesday in South Florida.
Gustavo Aristizabal was arrested by Pembroke Pines police as he stepped outside his home to take out the garbage.

Police said they received a Crime Stoppers tip earlier in the day that Aristizabal had moved to Pembroke Pines.
Aristizabal, who was wanted on a warrant from Harrison County, Texas, near Houston, was taken into custody without incident.
He was being held on the out-of-state warrant in the main Broward County jail.
