Suspicious package in Miami leads to closure of Dolphin Expressway exit ramp

MIAMI – A suspicious package in Miami prompted police to close the exit ramp to the Dolphin Expressway.

Miami police said the bomb squad inspected the package Tuesday morning and deemed it safe.

Northwest 12th Avenue was closed between Northwest 11th and Northwest 14th streets during the investigation.

All roadways have since reopened.
