2 men steal laptops from Oakland Park pet store, deputies say

OAKLAND PARK, Fla. – Broward Sheriff's Office deputies are searching for two men who they said stole laptops over the summer from a pet store. 

The theft was reported about 2:30 p.m. Aug. 29 at the Puppy Boutique Store at 4001 N. Federal Highway.

Deputies said the men browsed the wares inside the store and one suspect left the store as his accomplice unlocked a side door. 

Authorities said the other man returned to the store and grabbed Dell and Acer laptops and left through the side door.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Detective Robert Sokol at 954-202-3131 or Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. A reward of up to $3,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
