DETROIT – A man and woman who were strangers before boarding a flight, departed as fellow arrestees after joining the infamous "Mile High Club" in mid-air.
The couple were caught in a sexual situation Sunday while on a Delta flight from Los Angeles to Detroit.

WDIV reports the 48-year-old woman was busted while performing oral sex on the 28-year-old man.
The man was reportedly headed to Miami as his final destination.
Officials say the couple did not know each other before taking off, but eventually got to know each intimately later on, which got them in trouble.
"The act itself is inappropriate in a public space," said a fellow passenger.
The man and woman were both issued citations, and the FBI is currently investigating the mid-flight affair.
No charges have officially been filed, but the couple could be charged with a misdemeanor or felony.
