NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – An animal that was found dead in a cooler Monday in North Miami Beach was not a dog, as originally thought, but was actually a wild boar, authorities confirmed on Friday.
Police said the boar's body was found in the area of Northeast 159th Street and 21st Avenue.

An anonymous tipster told Local 10 News that the body was decapitated and mutilated.
