WILTON MANORS, Fla. – Broward Sheriff's Office deputies are searching for a driver who struck a bicyclist Thursday morning with his or her vehicle.
The hit-and-run crash was reported about 7 a.m. near Oakland Park Boulevard and Northeast Fifth Avenue in Wilton Manors.

Deputies said the cyclist was taken to a hospital, where he died about 40 minutes later.
Deputies did not immediately have a description of the vehicle that struck the cyclist. The victim's identity has not been released.
