2 fatally shot, 1 injured in dispute among neighbors

Medical examiner's officer identifies victims as Guillermo Martinez, Arian Loo

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Two men were killed and another man was wounded after a dispute between neighbors led to a shooting Saturday at a southwest Miami-Dade County ranch, police said.

Miami-Dade police Detective Alvaro Zabaleta said two neighbors were involved in a dispute at 22650 SW 274th St. about 5:40 p.m. when shots were fired.

A 78-year-old man and a 35-year-old man were pronounced dead at the scene, while a 50-year-old man was airlifted to Jackson South Medical Center. His condition was not immediately known.

The medical examiner's office identified the two dead as Guillermo Martinez and Arian Loo.

Property records show Martinez and Maria Martinez are the owners of the four-bedroom home where he died.

The surrounding properties are owned by Caribella Holdings, Homestead Castle, D&B Inc., Boyd Van Beber and Timothy Streeter.

No other information about the shooting was immediately revealed.
