Roads reopen after police investigate 'suspicious package' found in Miami

Bag contained clothing, personal items, police say

MIAMI – All roads have reopened after police investigated reports of a "suspicious package" that was found Friday morning in Miami.

The bag was discovered in the area of Northwest Second Avenue and First Street.

Miami police said roads were shut down between Flagler Street and Northwest Second Street, and between Northwest First and Second Avenues during the investigation.

Authorities said the bag contained clothing and other personal items. It has since been reunited with its owner.
