3 charged in burglaries in Coral Springs, Sunrise

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Three men were charged with burglarizing a home in Sunrise, and one of the men was also charged with burglary and grand theft in Coral Springs.

Edward Williams, 28, Marcha Felder, 25, and Joel Felder, 26, were arrested September 20.

According to police in Coral Springs, on September 18 in the 1300 block of Northwest 100th Avenue, surveillance video captured the suspects burglarizing a home. Police had responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle before discovering a home had been burglarized.

Surveillance video showed the suspects break in through the back sliding glass door, said police. They even stole the family dog, but then returned it.

"We wanted to get out to the public how these individuals actually operate and things to look at in your neighborhood, " said Coral Springs Police Sergeant Joe McHugh.

Police followed the vehicle and saw the suspects commit a burglary in Sunrise, said investigators.

All three were charged with burglary by Sunrise police. Williams was also charged with burglary and grand theft by Coral Springs police.
