MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Police arrested three teenagers accused of shooting a security guard at an apartment complex in Miami Gardens during an attempted robbery.
Miami Gardens police arrested Jimyis Maultsby, 14; Daevon Fluker, 18; and, Travis Goodine, 17. They were charged with attempted armed robbery and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

According to police, the three approached Jean Francois at the Eagles Landing's Apartments on April 9. One of the teenagers pulled out a handgun, then shot Francois.
Francois was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
