ST, LOUIS, Mo. - The folks at Anheuser-Busch already have Floridians in their thoughts as Hurricane Irma is set to make landfall in the Sunshine State.
The country's largest beer maker stopped making beer at one of its plants to produce canned water to send to survivors after Irma leaves.
Deliveries from the Anheuser-Busch factory in Cartersville, Georgia have already begun arriving in Florida, at places like Fort Pierce, Orlando and Sarasota.
The water will then be distributed from those locations to communities in need.
"We are grateful to be in a position to help communities affected by natural disasters by putting our production and logistics strengths to work," said Bill Bradley, Anheuser-Busch's Vice President for Community Affairs.
Anheuser-Busch made the same gesture after devastating floods from Hurricane Harvey left thousands without food or water in Houston.
