NBC News reports the 4-year-old boy will now go to live with his great-aunt and great-uncle in South Carolina.

Rhonda Pasek, 50, the boy's grandmother, remains in jail on charges of endangering a child and public intoxication.

Pasek had reportedly been given custody of the boy just weeks before her and James Acord were arrested after a traffic stop.

An attorney who represents the boy's great-grandparents told NBC News that he is now living in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

The boy's 3-year-old brother reportedly lives with Pasek's sister in Delaware. The sisters were raising the children due to issues with Pasek's son.
