BSO deputies said a woman, a grandmother and a baby went for their usual stroll through the park when they returned to find their car window smashed and their purses gone. Inside the purses were cash, credit cards and two cellphones.

A few hours later, one of the credit cards was used at a gas station in Fort Lauderdale.

The card was used again at a Target in Lauderhill, but this time, the man who used it was captured on surveillance video.

Anyone with information about the purse thefts or the man who used the card is asked to call BSO detectives at 954-389-2010 or Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
